Rates and Reservations

Our cabin rental prices range from $189.00/night to $279.00/night.

Our cabins sleep between 2-6 people, and feature a kitchen, fireplace (except cabin 2, Bears Paw), and large flat-screen TV’s with satellite.

All seven of our cabins feature a private hot tub.

Pet Fee is $35.00 per pet, per stay.

At time of reservation, a one-night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be charged to the credit card you provide.

How our reservation system works:

Our reservation system is in real time. If you see a cabin available in the reservation system, it is ready for you to reserve. Once you reserve your cabin, it is pulled out of the reservation system so we never experience double booking. We hope the reservation process is easy and simple to use, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have, just give us a call at 970-586-8493 if you need assistance.

To reserve your cabin:

Go to the “Cabins” tab at the top of our website and view each cabin to see which one fits your needs. Then click the BIG RED BUTTON “Make a Reservation!”.

In the reservation system, fill in the date you wish to visit us and you will be able to view each available cabin and what is included. That page will indicate the cost for each night, including taxes and the exact amount your credit card will be charged.

Once you have completed the reservation and added your credit card information, click on the “Make Reservation” button at the bottom of the page. You will be charged at this time a one-night, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Please make sure you understand that for any reason you cancel, you will not get the one-night charge refunded.

You are now all set for your visit to Rustic River Cabins! Please review the Policies and Procedures page prior to booking your reservation to insure you have no further questions.

Cancellation Policy:  

If you cancel for any reason whatsoever, you will not receive your one-night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit back. For cancellations with shorter than a 30 days’ notice, you will be responsible for any nights that the cabin cannot be re-rented. No email cancellations are accepted. You MUST call to cancel your reservation. Email in the mountains is not reliable.
