Cabin 6 “Snowball Strip”

• Wood burning fireplace. Please bring your own firewood and kindling from home or you can purchase it in Estes Park.
• Two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed. Each room has a private bathroom.
• Private Hot Springs Hot Tub right across from your cabin which is enclosed with cedar fencing.
• One Queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping for 2 children in living space, plus 2 reclining chairs.
• Large color TV with satellite.
• Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, convection microwave, small four burner stove, kitchen table that seats four, and even the coffee is provided!
• Your own BBQ grill.
• Pet Fee is $35.00 per pet, per stay.
• Outdoor ashtrays provided. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY per state law.
• Maximum capacity for this cabin is 6 people (including all adults and children). Each additional guest after four people (6 years and older) is $20.00 per person per night. Kids 5 years old and under: no extra charge, but they still count as a guest.
