Cabin 5 “Indian Trails”

• Private hot tub right next to your cabin enclosed with a cedar deck and fence.
• Wood burning fireplace. Please bring your own firewood and kindling from home or you can purchase it in Estes Park.
• Two separate bedrooms each with a queen size bed and one bathroom between the two bedrooms.
• Bathroom was remodeled January 2021!
• Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space.
• Large color TV with satellite
• Kitchen with a full size refrigerator, convection microwave, small four burner stove, brand new kitchen table that seats four, and even the coffee is provided! Kitchen was remodeled January 2021!
• Your own BBQ grill.
• Pet Fee is $35.00 per pet, per stay.
• Outdoor ashtrays provided. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY per state law.
• Maximum capacity for this cabin is 6 people (including all adults and children). Each additional guest after four people (6 years and older) is $20.00 per person per night. Kids 5 years old and under: no extra charge, but they still count as a guest.
