Cabin 1 “Lady of the River“

• Wood Burning Fireplace. Please bring your own firewood and kindling from home or you can purchase it in Estes Park.
• Private Hot Springs Hot Tub right on the deck outside of your cabin which is enclosed with cedar fencing.
• Queen Size Bed. Bathroom is just off the bedroom.
• Two Reclining Chairs with lamp and end table in between. Carpeting was replaced January 2021.
• Large Color TV with satellite.
• Small Kitchen with a half fridge, microwave, hot plate, convection oven that is large enough to cook a frozen pizza, and even the coffee is provided!
• Privacy Deck with fenced in yard and your own BBQ grill.
• Pet Fee is $35.00 per pet, per stay.
• Outdoor ashtrays provided. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY per state law.
• Maximum capacity for this cabin is TWO people (no extra guests allowed including children ages zero to six).
• At time of reservation, a one-night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be charged to the credit card you provide.
